Job Description

We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (5+ years) with team leadership skills to drive business growth, generate leads and lead a small team targeting the US market.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in IT services sales & marketing, preferably with US clients.
  • Experience in both B2B and B2C sales
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
  • Proven experience leading and mentoring a team.
  • Ability to perform cold outreach, pipeline management, convert prospects into customers, support proposals and demo sessions.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms.
  • Flexible to work with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and engage potential US clients; build strong relationships with decision-makers.
  • Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and brand goals.
  • Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and marketing associates to ensure performance targets are met.
  • Plan and manage digital campaigns, email marketing, and client outreach initiatives.
  • Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP responses and demos to win new business.
  • Track performance metrics, report results, and recommend improvements to senior management.
