We are looking for a Senior Business Development Executive (5+ years) with team leadership skills to drive business growth, generate leads and lead a small team targeting the US market.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in IT services sales & marketing, preferably with US clients.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C sales
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
• Proven experience leading and mentoring a team.
• Ability to perform cold outreach, pipeline management, convert prospects into customers, support proposals and demo sessions.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce/HubSpot) and digital marketing platforms.
• Flexible to work with US time zones.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and engage potential US clients; build strong relationships with decision-makers.
• Develop and execute integrated sales and marketing strategies to achieve revenue and brand goals.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
• Conduct market research to understand industry trends, client needs, and competitive landscape.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales and marketing associates to ensure performance targets are met.
• Plan and manage digital campaigns, email marketing, and client outreach initiatives.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, RFP responses and demos to win new business.
• Track performance metrics, report results, and recommend improvements to senior management.

About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with strong hands-on experience in building and customizing Experience Cloud (Experience Builder) sites and integrating Salesforce services to support customer-facing and partner-facing portals. The ideal candidate will bring a solid understanding of Salesforce configuration, development best practices, and secure integration patterns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud sites using Experience Builder.
• Implement custom features, branding, and UI enhancements to deliver seamless, intuitive portal experiences.
• Build and customize Lightning Web Components (LWCs), Apex classes, triggers, flows, and other declarative components.
• Integrate Salesforce with internal and third-party systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth flows, and connected apps.
• Work with Salesforce objects, permissions, sharing models, and digital experiences security settings to ensure secure access.
• Support release management, sandbox refreshes, and deployment processes using CI/CD tools (e.g., Gearset, Copado, Git).

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Proven expertise in building and customizing Salesforce Experience Cloud / Experience Builder sites.
• Strong understanding of Apex, Lightning Web Components, Visualforce (optional), Process Automation (Flows, Workflows).
• Experience working with key Salesforce Clouds (Sales, Service, Experience).
• Experience configuring and integrating Salesforce services, such as:
  • Salesforce CMS
  • Digital Experience features
  • Email-to-Case / Web-to-Case
  • Knowledge Base
  • Salesforce Identity & Authentication
• Experience with REST/SOAP APIs, JSON, XML, and authentication frameworks.
• Familiarity with DevOps and version control (Git).
• Salesforce Platform Developer I certification (required); PD2 / Experience Cloud Consultant is a plus.
